LITecS participated in Green Day on May 6, 2024, an event organized by Green Ethics, ASTA-Teatro, and the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Beira Interior. Held at the Faculty of Engineering, this inspiring initiative showcased innovative projects that promote sustainability and technological advancements.

During the event, LITecS presented research focused on environmental sustainability, including Montanha Viva, a project aimed at promoting biodiversity and sustainable economic practices in mountain regions; Med-Wet, which enhances irrigation efficiency and water management; ROBOTA-SUDOE, dedicated to advancing collaborative robotics for agricultural and industrial applications; and BioD’Agro, which leverages technology to support agrobiodiversity and sustainable farming.

Green Day provided a valuable platform to engage with students, raise awareness about sustainability challenges, and highlight how innovative solutions can contribute to a greener and more resilient future. LITecS is proud to be part of this initiative and remains committed to developing cutting-edge technologies that drive sustainability forward.
