Development of Innovative Technological Solutions

Our research team possesses comprehensive expertise and solid knowledge that enables us to operate in various areas within the sustainable technologies sector. Whether in hardware or software development, we are committed to creating innovative technological solutions that address specific challenges in our field of research.

  • Monitoring Systems: We develop monitoring systems tailored to various applications. From biodiversity monitoring in natural parks to assessing energy efficiency in industrial units, we offer precise and customized solutions.
  • Robotics Solutions: Our expertise includes the development of ground and aerial robotic solutions. The PrunusBot project is a concrete example of our technological innovation in fruit farming, where we apply artificial intelligence systems for detection and recognition.
  • Detection and Classification Algorithms: Using advanced techniques in artificial intelligence, deep learning, and computer vision, we create detection and classification algorithms. These algorithms play a crucial role in projects like BioD’Agro and PrunusBot.
  • Advanced Forecasting and Modeling Studies: In addition to practical solution development, we engage in advanced forecasting and modeling studies to anticipate scenarios and outcomes in various situations. Our software approach also includes life cycle analysis, evaluating the environmental impact of processes and products. In the S4Agro project, we emphasize the importance of circular economy, promoting sustainable solutions in the agro-industrial sector.
  • Experimental and Numerical Studies using Computational Fluid Dynamics in steady-state and transient regimes for predicting air flow and heat transfer. In the case of the PrunusPOS and Pack2Life projects, refrigeration chambers and product transport packaging were experimentally tested and numerically modeled.
  • Experimental Studies for Thermal Performance and Energy Efficiency Characterization of facilities, equipment, and processes. The InovEnergy and PrunusPOS projects included the measurement of thermal and energy parameters in refrigeration chambers.
