LITecS was pleased to actively participate in mUBIweek – Engineering Without Borders 2025, an initiative of the University of Beira Interior that took place from March 31 to April 4. This five-day immersive program was designed to welcome international engineers and entrepreneurs, promoting academic, professional, and cultural exchange.

During the week, we opened the doors of our laboratory to present the LITecS research facilities to the participants. It was an excellent opportunity to share our work and technological capabilities with a global audience.

In our presentation, we highlighted our main research areas, such as sustainable technologies, robotics, soft grippers, and environmental monitoring. The Montanha Viva and ROBOTA-SUDOE projects were presented in detail, along with other innovative solutions developed by the laboratory, demonstrating the practical application of our research.

We are proud to have been part of this week of sharing and to have had the opportunity to showcase our projects to such a diverse audience. Participating in mUBIweek reinforces our commitment to international collaboration and to building bridges between our research and the global engineering community.
